How are service requests billed?
Service requests are billed according to the following criteria:
- Execution time
- Time of day:
- During business hours (Monday to Friday – not holidays – from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
- Outside of business hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for the whole 24 hours).
- Contracted service level (Gold, Silver or Bronze)
