Service requests are billed according to the following criteria:

  • Execution time
  • Time of day:
    • During business hours (Monday to Friday – not holidays – from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).
    • Outside of business hours (Monday to Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for the whole 24 hours).
  • Contracted service level (Gold, Silver or Bronze)
