Detail of the position.
It will join Adam’s sales department, reporting directly to the sales director.
The work center will be in Adam’s Data Center at Parque Tecnológico del Vallés, Barcelona. The main objective of this position is to accelerate the creation of alliances with partners and the attraction of new business opportunities with new customers in the territory, agreements that will allow to create an extensive ecosystem using our data centers as a hub.
The ideal candidate is a mixed executive profile: “Hunter” and Partner Account Manager, with a proactive approach, great work capacity, autonomous and commercially creative.
Understand the requirements of customers in different sectors and translate them into sales plans consistent with our service portfolio and market focus.
Tenaciously building new business by acquiring partners, new customers and market opportunities.
Prospecting and creating new opportunities.
Identify and take advantage of business opportunities coming from partners, suppliers and existing customers.
Responsible for building effective relationships with key customer decision makers.
Provide the necessary resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and maintain the portfolio of partners and customers assigned, ensuring the maintenance of turnover, exercising specific commercial actions aimed at growth.
Develop concrete action plans aimed at achieving the assigned annual objectives.
To provide a strategic vision of our products, so that Adam’s offer is directed to the markets with the greatest opportunities.
Maintain a high level of strategic evaluation of Adam’s business against the competition.
Analyze the market for Data Center, IaaS and Connectivity services both globally and in relation to specific opportunities in the regions of influence.
Specific activity as K.A.M.
Presentations to potentials, various prospecting activities; Creation of sales plans / strategies for clients and new business. Qualification and monitoring of forecasts / opportunities. Writing and management of sales proposals. Determination of the pricing strategy for projects. Promotion of negotiations until they are closed.
Experience in an account executive role, with an understanding of our industry and products.
Proven experience in generating and maintaining a robust pipeline.
Able to demonstrate a strong track record of performance.
Results-oriented approach with self-motivation to work independently, and credibility to manage potential customer expectations.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with task prioritization capabilities.
Good technical knowledge of the data centre industry, IaaS services, connectivity.
A higher degree or equivalent is desirable, but not exclusive.
