How do we bill the resources of our IaaS platform?

On our platform we always encourage pay-per-use, that is, paying only for what you use, right up to the second, be it a volume, an instance, a resource for a licence, a resource for an instance, a backup, etc. We bill everything on a pay-per-use basis and only what you use monthly.
